Oh, wow! I really, really love the sketch for the new design! 0v0 Not only is the anatomy improved a lot from the original drawing, but there are a lot of really interesting design elements! I like the shortening of the vest and the removal of the buttons c: I think it gives a much cleaner space~ The 'X' straps on the front of the shirt under the vest is also really, really fun to look at, too. uvu It's something extra without overdoing it, I think~
I also like that you shortened her shoes 0v0 I just think they give a really cute sort of feel, which I find appealing since she just seems like an adorable and cheerful butler girl! XD
I really think this is a strong design! If you are still unsure, though, some ideas might be to incorporate some white into her bottom half to help move the eye around with the matching colors? You do this well with the blue, since you made both her legs and bow-tie the same color! 0v0
That's really the only suggestion I have right now! uvu Again, you did a really good job, I can't wait to see her all finished~ *u*

I love how mature her new design looks, and i like how her hips and bust are more balanced. I really like the shoes and her shirt, The only thing i can suggest is maybe like mochiko said, adding a bit more white on her legs to balance out the color palette.

I love this design *Q* its so unique!!
I also really liked the blue hair-ribbon , did you remove it or is it just not to be seen on the newer sketch? ;o;
